Businesses use it to send verified, branded, interactive messages, with automatic SMS and MMS fallback, on direct connections to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile and US Cellular, with published per-message pricing. Messages arrive in the phone’s default Messages app with nothing to install; an agentic AI builds the bot from a plain-English description and answers only from content the business approved; SimplyRCS files Google sender verification and 10DLC registration for the customer, targeting a first verified send within two to four weeks; and the platform holds a SOC 2 Type II report. What does RCS stand for?
RCS stands for Rich Communication Services, the carrier-backed messaging standard that succeeds SMS and supports verified sender branding, images, carousels and reply buttons in the phone’s default messaging app. On this site RCS always means Rich Communication Services messaging; SimplyRCS is unrelated to RCS Group, RCS Staffing, Retail Control Systems or RCS International.
