SimplyRCS reviews

Where to read them, where to leave one, and what is and is not a SimplyRCS review

SimplyRCS is listed on three review sites and, as of September 2026, has few or no reviews on any of them. That is the honest state of things for a product that launched this year, and this page exists so the search for SimplyRCS reviews lands on it rather than on nothing. Below is where a review can be read or left, which profiles belong to SimplyRCS and which to Signalmash, the company behind it, and how reviews are asked for.

Where SimplyRCS reviews live

Three independent listings exist for SimplyRCS itself. Each opens in a new tab and each accepts reviews from anyone who has used the product. If you are a customer, one of these is the place to say so, good or bad.

SimplyRCS does not yet have its own listing on G2, Capterra, GetApp, TrustRadius or Gartner Peer Insights. Listings are being set up; each will be linked here as it goes live, whatever its score.

Signalmash reviews, and why they are not the same thing

SimplyRCS is built and operated by Signalmash, a US CPaaS incorporated as Mash Technologies Corporation, which owns the direct connections to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile and US Cellular that SimplyRCS traffic runs on. Signalmash has reviewed profiles of its own. They describe Signalmash’s messaging, voice and SIP services and its support, not SimplyRCS, and are linked here as the nearest independent record of the team behind the product.

Results that are attributed, not reviewed

Some pages on this site quote brand results on RCS, such as click-through or conversion lifts. Those are vendor-reported case studies from across the industry, each attributed to its source and dated in The State of RCS 2026, and none of them is a SimplyRCS customer review. The comparison pages say where competitors are the better choice for the same reason: a page that only ever flatters us is not worth reading.

How SimplyRCS asks for reviews

  • Directly, after go-live. Customers are asked once their programme is sending, and pointed at a third-party profile rather than a form we control.
  • Nothing written for them. SimplyRCS does not write, edit or commission reviews, and offers nothing a platform’s own rules forbid.
  • No gating. Unhappy customers are not routed to a private channel while happy ones are sent to a public site. If something went wrong, tell us and also say so on the profile.
  • Every profile linked, whatever the score. This page and the footer link each listing as it exists, not as it flatters.
  • No rating in the structured data until there is one to report. SimplyRCS publishes no aggregate rating in its schema markup; it will, from independent reviews, once they exist.

Frequently asked

Where can I read SimplyRCS reviews?

SimplyRCS has listings on SourceForge, Slashdot and Top Business Software, linked on this page and in the footer of every page on this site. As of September 2026 they carry few or no reviews: SimplyRCS launched as a product in 2026 and has not yet run a review campaign. Signalmash, the company that builds and operates SimplyRCS, has reviewed profiles on Gartner Peer Insights, G2, Capterra and Software Advice; those are reviews of Signalmash as a company, not of SimplyRCS, and this page links them as context rather than counting them as SimplyRCS reviews.

Are the Signalmash reviews about SimplyRCS?

No. Signalmash is the US CPaaS, incorporated as Mash Technologies Corporation, that owns the carrier connections SimplyRCS runs on and builds the SimplyRCS product. Its Gartner Peer Insights, G2 and Capterra reviews describe Signalmash's messaging, voice and SIP services and its support. They are the closest thing to an independent record of the team behind SimplyRCS, which is why they are linked here, and they are labelled as Signalmash's wherever they appear on this site.

Does SimplyRCS have G2, Capterra or Gartner Peer Insights reviews?

Not yet. As of September 2026 SimplyRCS does not have its own listing on G2, Capterra, GetApp, TrustRadius or Gartner Peer Insights; the profiles under those names belong to Signalmash. Listings for SimplyRCS are being set up, and this page will link each one as it goes live, whatever its score. SimplyRCS publishes no aggregate rating in its structured data until independent reviews exist to base one on.

How does SimplyRCS ask for reviews?

By asking customers directly after they have gone live, pointing them at a third-party profile, and letting them write what they think. SimplyRCS does not write, edit or commission reviews, does not offer anything a platform's own rules forbid, and does not route unhappy customers to a private form while sending happy ones to a public site. Every profile is linked from this page regardless of its score.
